We ate heartily every morning, fuelled for another day of exploration. The poolside bar became our favourite evening spot — cold drinks in hand, watching the golden hour fade into twilight over the treetops.

Activities and Exploration - Beyond the Beach

While the beaches were the undisputed stars of the trip, Dapoli had a few more treasures up its sleeve. We visited the historic Suvarnadurg Fort, a sea fort accessible by a short boat ride that offered a fascinating glimpse into Maratha maritime history. The fort sits dramatically on an island surrounded by the Arabian Sea, and the views from its bastions are nothing short of spectacular.

We also explored the nearby Keshavraj Temple and a beautiful lotus pond that reflected the sky in perfect tranquillity.
